There is so much to love about summertime. The scent of tanning oil and salt water fill the air. Ice-cold fruity cocktails are begging to be sipped. Freckles start to appear…
…and the only way to escape the scorching Florida heat and thick fog of humidity is to find the nearest body of water. And fast.
I seriously cannot wait to dive into a pool or head to the beach this July 4th. Not without a drank, of course!
I am sure you have realized by now, that I enjoy concocting and enjoying a cocktail or five. Especially if tequila and Corona are involved (see my tequila sangria here!). But Corona and tequila coming together in harmony? There is nothing better than that.
Let’s all welcome the easy-to-make and easy-to-drink Beergarita! Yay!
1 cup of tequila
2 12 oz. bottles of Corona Light
1 can of frozen limeade, thawed
2-3 sliced limes
First, slice up the limes and add to a pitcher or easy-to-tote container. Say easy one more time.
Then, add the tequila, Coronas and thawed limeade. Give it all a stir and boom! Told ya it was easy.
Serve over ice in your favorite glass…or Solo cup. Garnish with a lime slice!
